Oil immersed transformer plays an active role in the process of improving current and voltage. In the actual production and use process, we should constantly improve the detection, use and maintenance level of oil immersed transformer. What are the main components of oil immersed transformer?
- Iron core
The core material is mostly high-quality high magnetic conductivity cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheet, full oblique joint, step-by-step three-level joint, non hole binding and plate clamp structure.
The coil material is flat wire made of high-quality oxygen free copper material, and the low-voltage coil adopts continuous or spiral structure; The high voltage coil adopts continuous or tangled continuous structure. The insulation of the first and last sections is strengthened. The coil is not dipped in paint, but after drying, it forms an organic whole.
- Body insulation
In the core window, the upper end of the coil is added with a 30mm overall laminated wood ring and a 30mm split attachment plate, and the lower end is added with a 70mm overall laminated wood support plate, which not only strengthens the main insulation strength, but also improves the axial dynamic stability of the coil.
High voltage lead: high quality on load tap changer is used for on load voltage regulation; off excitation tap changer is used for low current voltage regulation; three single-phase off excitation tap changers are used for high current voltage regulation.
- Fuel tank
Bucket oil tank and fixed chip radiator are used for ≤ 6300KVA transformers, bell jar oil tank and removable chip radiator are used for ≥ 8000kVA transformers.
- General Assembly
The capacity of pressure relief valve open transformer is ≥ 315KVA, and the pressure relief valve is installed.
Temperature controller transformer capacity ≥ 1000KVA install temperature controller.
Gas relay with transformer capacity ≥ 800kVA shall be installed.
Quick acting oil pressure relay transformer capacity ≥ 8000kVA, install quick acting oil pressure relay
The above is a common part of oil immersed transformer for your reference.
